Principle architect
Olive Jeanne Ratcliffe-Gagliano

Ratcliffe-Gagliano Architecture has been a professional corporation (Olive Arc PC) since July 2003, and is owned by O. Jeanne Ratcliffe-Gagliano. The firm is currently making application for WBE certification with the Washington States Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprises. Before incorporating, the firm was active in the Gig Harbor area since 1991 as a sole proprietorship.

Ratcliffe-Gagliano Architecture brings creative design and high quality technical expertise to every commercial and residential project. We take a common sense approach to blending the needs of the client with site constraints. Many of our projects have involved critical areas such as steep slopes or wetland areas that have needed to be addressed with sensitivity. It is our goal to incorporate as many green-build, sustainable and low impact methods and materials into every future project as possible.

In addition, we have extensive experience in working with design review manuals and design guideline processes for different governmental and private entities, including the City of Gig Harbor (waterfront maritime town and historical district), City of Leavenworth (Bavarian Architectural theme), and Seabrook Land Company (Traditional Neighborhood Development).
